These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and training programs provided by NetAdmin Edge Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). We provide practical systems administration and IT infrastructure training courses, virtual lab environments, and related educational materials.

2. Service Description

Our training programs include access to live virtual instruction, recorded materials, and temporary cloud-based lab environments. The specific curriculum, duration, and resources provided are detailed in the course syllabus provided upon registration. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the curriculum to reflect current industry standards.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

By accessing our services and lab environments, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Use the provided lab environments solely for educational purposes related to the course.
• Not use the lab infrastructure to launch attacks, host malicious content, mine cryptocurrency, or engage in any illegal activities.
• Not attempt to disrupt or bypass the security controls of our training platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, lab guides, documentation, code snippets, and platform design, are the intellectual property of NetAdmin Edge Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

For paid programs, fees are due as specified during the enrollment process. All payments are processed in GBP (£). We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course materials or utilized the lab environments. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetAdmin Edge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific training program.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The services and training materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that the training will result in specific employment outcomes, passing of third-party certification exams, or specific financial gains.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the services is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
